John McGee

Outside Sales

John is originally from Columbia, South Carolina and earned a B.S. Degree in Marketing Management from Lander University. He has worked in the horticultural industry since 2003 and started his sales career at Parsons Nursery in 2008.

Why did you choose a career in the horticultural industry?

I spent my summers from high school through college working in a nursery in propagation and container production. So I really learned the business from the ground up.

What is your favorite thing about your job?

Developing new relationships.
